The Robsons Present: Rockin' Chickies
(Moroccan Chickpeas)
Ingredients
- 6 oz carrots
- 1/4 cup Californian olive oil
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground mint
- 1 tsp ras el hanout
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
- Chop carrots and put them in a bowl with a little water; microwave for 1.5 minutes.
- Put all ingredients into wide shallow pan and add 1/2 cup water.
- Bring to a simmer, then switch heat to low.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
